Before I depart for France, I've planned a little fancy going-away soiree for my close friends. We're going to wear little black soiree dresses and feel elegant. At first I just assumed we'd drink wine, but after seeing this champagne cocktail guide on Pinterest, I knew this would be much more exciting, and fancy. I'd probably hold my pinky finger out while sipping these bubbly concoctions.
The Kir Royale is SUCH a french drink, but I despise the flavor of cassis. I love sweet, fruity things, so I'll probably make the peach Bellini, or the French 75.
